E. Michael Kornegay
President
Michael became a broker in 1991 and joined Commercial Associates in 1993. He became President in 2000 and serves as the broker-in-charge. He works in all areas of commercial/industrial real estate, but specializes in lease, sale and development of flex and warehouse space. Michael is a 1991 graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS/BA degree with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. He has worked the full spectrum of transactions from a small lease of $600 per month working with start up businesses to multi-million dollar transactions for multi-million dollar companies. As a real estate investor and lessee he understands both sides of the transaction. He holds a coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) title. This designation is held by less than 1% of the world’s commercial real estate professionals. He is very involved in the community through Bayleaf Baptist Church.
W. Clark Womack, Jr.
Vice President
Clark started at Commercial Associates in 1997. Clark works in all types and areas of commercial real estate. He has done leasing, land sales, building sales, land purchases, owner occupied purchases, investment purchases and dispositions. He currently represents over 35 owners/landlords and has over 100 active clients either leasing or owning their space. Since Clark is also an owner and investor in commercial real estate, he can advise clients on the perspectives of an owner. 2008 looks to be another great year with land and building deals worth several million dollars already under contract. Clark is a former board member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) and is working on obtaining his CCIM Designation. A Raleigh native, Clark graduated from Broughton High School and East Carolina University. He and his family are members of Edenton Street United Methodist Church.
N. Hunter Wyche, III
Associate Broker
Hunt joined Commercial Associates in June of 2004. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University where he obtained his BS/BA and majored in marketing. As a Raleigh native, Hunt has a foothold in the Triangle Market and continues to establish himself in the commercial real estate industry after another multi-million dollar year in sales and leasing. Hunt has experience in all types and areas of commercial real estate, but specializes in industrial real estate with a special interest in industrial land brokerage and development.
Aimee Lehman
Sales & Marketing Associate
Aimee has been with Commercial Associates since 2001. She is a 1997 graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Restaurant, Hotel, Industrial and Tourism Management. She is an invaluable part of our day to day operations as well as a major emphasis in the marketing at Commercial Associates.
