Commercial Associates
T. Ed Bailey established Commercial Associates in 1972. Michael Kornegay joined Ed about two decades later in 1993. In 2000 Michael became President and currently serves as the broker-in-charge.
Bailey is best known for his early use of the word "Available" as well as his signature "Call Bailey" markings on real estate signs in Raleigh and beyond. The phrases are synonymous with Commercial Associates and are still used on our signage today.
